- Valid photo identification (driver’s license or passport) must be shown for all rentals.
- Reservations are for full day rentals only, half day pricing are walk-in only, first come first serve.
- All rental bikes include helmet and a lock.
- Pedal Assist Electric Mountain Bikes will require a $1500 pre-authorization deposit on pickup.

- Multi-day booking discounts are calculated automatically, discount starts on 3rd day of booking and increase daily (day 3, 5% discount, day 4, 10% discount…)
- Up to two week multi day rental.
- None of our bikes are allowed to be shuttled at parks like Moose Mountain or used at chair lift downhill parks like at the Calgary Bike Park, Panorama, Golden and so on.
- Cancellations must be made 24hrs BEFORE of your scheduled rental time in order to receive a 95% refund (5% transaction fee). No Refunds for cancelations within 24 hours of the reservation start time.
Pickup Rentals at 10am, return at the latest 5:30PM Monday to Saturday and 10-4:30PM on Sunday
