At Rebound Cycle we try our very best to support our customers with top notch Warranty Service. All warranty processes are for original owners of the products getting a warranty and are subject to original bill of sale presentation. All warranty's are subject to shipping and handling processing fees as well as manufacturers policies and limitations.

On-line Purchasing / Pricing / Warranty

At Rebound Cycle all our on-line purchases come with a full manufacturers warranty unlike other on-line retailers. As well we attempt to keep our on-line pricing and in store pricing at appropriate levels related to shop inventory and vendor inventory levels. At times our web pricing may be lower then in-store pricing due to shipping handling and in stock availability to our customers. Please understand our in store items pricing is adjusted to match current cost pricing from our vendors and may not always match our on-line prices.

Shop Fees & Recycling

At Rebound we are environmentally aware and we do our very best to recycle all the card board / oil / zip ties and bike packing materials that arrive to us. With this in mind we do need to have the appropriate systems in place to ensure this is sustainable over time and thus all our service work orders do incur a small shop fee. In addition to this most of our employees commute to work by bike all year long in the hopes you will too.
